Leadership Philosophy
Leaders exist to serve at the pleasure of the people from whom the legitimacy of their power derives. I am a firm believer in the principle of establishing strong and enduring institutions rather than creating stronger individuals and leaders. I believe that power is transient, and those bestowed with it should carry themselves uprightly, transparently, with humility, and above all, place the interest of the people and the greater good above self-interest.
I also firmly believe that the text of laws, rules, constitutions, and established procedures should be adhered to textually and not interpreted based on self-interest or the exigencies of a moment.
Vision for Umulogho
I share the UUF founder’s vision for a greater Umulogho. Together, we can make Umulogho thrive, ensuring it is a safe and prosperous place for all. To establish enduring development in Umulogho, every man or woman should contribute their quota, no matter how minuscule.
