Sir Chibuike Celestine Ubalaka is a native of Umunnem Umulogho Obowo LGA, Imo State.
A noble knight of St John’s international, who obtained his national certificate examination (NCE) from the national institute Kaduna, and bachelors in education (B.ed) from same institute in Kaduna. He was a renowned teacher of note,

He is the diocesan secretary Catholic men’s organization (CMO). Sir Ubalaka is also the incumbent secretary APC Okenalogho ward.
